Hi, my name is Gengar. I wall your Snorlax, pwn Breloom and Dragonite with Ice Punch, Starmie with Thunderbolt, Breloom and Magneton with Fire Punch and Swampert with Giga Drain.

Never use a Snorlax that can't hit Ghosts without something to take down said Ghosts.
Houndoom is the usual Gengar counter used, but certain Pokemon can be changed to help deal with this now.

Breloom might benefit from Hidden Power [Ghost]. HP [Rock] hits for 140 Base Power and Focus Punch hits for 112.5 Base Power on Salamence and Gyarados. In all honesty, Salamence and Gyarados will fear Focus Punch just as much as Hidden Power [Rock]. HP Ghost prevents the above mentioned Gengar problem, and helps to deal with an ever-present danger to most teams: Dusclops. Also, Ice Beam on Swampert and Dragonite provides enough Dragon coverage.

Speaking of Dragonite, either use Rock Slide over Ice Beam or use something crazy like Focus Punch. Why boost your huge Attack, only to use your Special Attack? You then also have 68 EVs to place elsewhere.

HP Grass is worth considering on Magneton. Swampert becomes less trouble, and you can actually hurt Dugtrio switches.
