Light Screen? Nice fail. And the original TTar is good enough as it stands. Do you seriously hate any TTar that isn't a Bander?

Just obvious problem: HP Rock on Flareon with a -Atk nature. Go for -Spd.

Other than that, the team seems good. I'm not going to download it, but I hope someone else does so they can offer their honest opinion on it.

Swampert owned. Neutral Nature needs changing. HP Grass and a Modest Nature would be best. Also, Substitute without Baton Pass or Rest is just self-suicide really. You could consider a Petaya Berry over Leftovers, or just change the set. Whatever.

Rofl? Why HP Ice? Unless that's supposed to be HP Grass, nice way to fail. TTar learns Ice Beam, and that added power can help you to ensure the 2/3KO on some Pokemon.

I used to run this Suicune set for so long... It's not as bulky as some other sets, but the Speed helps against TTar.

I don't like the team. Swampert can come in on anything that isn't name Celebi and cause you havoc. Raikou causes you problems. He can Calm Mind up against Celebi and Jirachi, possibly Roaring you out but causing you problems, as a Substitute can scout against Tyranitar, and the lack of Earthquake on the team leaves a big hole in the team.

I'm sure I faced this team before, and I know a Flygon does well. STAB Earthquake causes Jirachi, Tyranitar and even Suicune problems, Rock Slide hurts Zapdos, HP Bug or Flying hurts Celebi and Fire Blast hurts Skarmory. The problem with this is that Flygon can only carry all four with a Choice Band set, else he'll only be able to carry 3 of the above 4. Fire Blast would hurt Celebi also, but it wouldn't do as much as Flygon would like. The problem with the Choice Band set is that bad prediction can cause you a problem, and you can switch into the wrong thing with ease. HP Ice and Ice Beam can end Flygon easily, but that is a risk you take. Agility on Zapdos causes a huge problem to this, but Blissey handles the bulk of this team with ease also. That Jirachi can beat it, but Calm Mind or Psych Up Blissey will always win, especially with a Fire move. Tyranitar causes a problem, and can potentially knock out both of those two threats. Metagross and Swampert just stop Tyranitar completely, and both cause a fair bit of problems for the other members of the team.

In my opinion, there's too much Special Attacking, and not enough Special Defense. Tyranitar could do with being a Pure Attacker or a Choice Bander, and using a Flamethrower/HP Grass Calm Mind Blissey can help cover the other bases. Flygon will still be a bit of a problem, but a bit more Defense on Suicune can help that problem. In all honesty, I think your trademark Jirachi should take it's leave for Blissey.

Hp grass is almost certain to bring a swampert to low health with sub and 252 hp it is hard to break the sub.
